Ask yourself: What part of me is craving stillness right now?
Allow your answer to arrive slowly, like a tide returning to shore.
Write freely, without judgment. Rest can be active — the kind that nourishes what’s next.
2. The Invitation to Play
Begin with the prompt:
Today, I want to play with stillness by...
Explore what feels spacious or quietly alive.
If you need gentle guidance, try one of these prompts:
When I pause, my imagination begins to...
There is a small joy in...
Stillness feels like the space where ___ begins to bloom.
3. The Invitation to Reflect
When you’ve finished, read your words with curiosity. Circle any words that make you feel awake within the quiet.
Then whisper softly:
I am playing in the stillness.
