Pick a card. If it is from the suit of hearts you now know for how long you will be writing for. That is if you prior to picking the card decided if you had time for writing between 1 minute and an hour or could set aside whole days for a specific writing project. I usually go for minutes instead of hours and days. So this would look something like this |
