Create a Word grid
This is the last journal exercise but it is designed so you can keep writing.
Make a grid of nine squares in your journal. In each square, write a word. If you can’t come up with any random words, choose a category or headline. Categories could be animals, plants, or kitchen appliances. Headlines could be things I love, things I hate, or things I see on my way to work.
This leaves you with nine words you can use the same way we did throughout the week. You can also brainstorm each word in the squares and see where it leads you.
