” the world offers itself to your imagination”Mary Oliver
Your first page
We will start with a journal entry.
Leave room for a headline and then split the first page of your journal into four squares
- In the first square, list ten things you see around you.
- In the second one, list ten feelings.
- In the third one, list ten objects that you love
- And in the last one, list ten things a tree can do.
Pair five words from the two lists on the left with five words from the two lists on the right. Pick the combo that sparks an inner smile and write it on top of the page.
Pick the word on the left that feels the most alive to you and circle it. You will be using it tomorrow.
